Hopfenweisse is a fun blend of Old World and New, German wheat beer meets American hops. Hefeweizen yeast brings notes of banana and clove and wheat lends a hazy, pillowy mouthfeel, with Saphir, Simcoe and Amarillo hops bringing hints of stone fruit & citrus.
