‘겨울동지’는 겨울에 빼놓을 수 없는 팥을 넣은 브라운 에일입니다. 초콜릿, 너츠의 고소함과 말린 과일, 카라멜의 가벼운 단맛. 이를 아우르는 은은한 팥의 풍미가 맥주 향과 바디감에 섬세함을 더합니다. 미디엄 바디, 마일드한 쓴 맛과 홉 캐릭터로 겨울 내내 당신의 편안한 동지가 되어 줄 겨울동지!

’Winter Souls’ is a low ABV brown ale with red bean cooked and added to the mash. It will be malt forward with flavors of chocolate, nuts, dark fruit, and a light caramel sweetness. We hope that the red bean will contribute some light flavor and body to the beer, but it is not a strong flavor to begin with. The beer will be medium in body, and low-medium bitterness and low-medium hop character will round out it's flavor.
